Lead Ignite LLC ("Lead Ignite," "we," "us") provides AI-powered receptionist services for home service contractors. This page describes how we obtain consent for SMS communications and explains your rights regarding text messages.

WHO SENDS THESE MESSAGES

SMS messages are sent on behalf of home service contractors (including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and similar businesses) who use Lead Ignite's AI receptionist service. Each message will clearly identify the specific contractor business sending the communication.

HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR CONSENT

When you call a business powered by Lead Ignite's AI receptionist, our system will ask:

"Would you like me to send you a text message confirmation of your appointment? You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe."

By verbally responding "Yes" or otherwise providing affirmative consent during the call, you agree to receive SMS messages from that contractor's business.

Important: SMS messages are only sent after you provide clear verbal confirmation. We do not send unsolicited text messages.

TYPES OF MESSAGES YOU MAY RECEIVE

If you provide consent, you may receive the following types of messages:

- Appointment confirmations (date, time, service type)

- Appointment reminders

- Service notifications (technician en route, estimated arrival time)

- Job completion notifications

- Contractor contact information

- Follow-up messages regarding your service

- Rescheduling or cancellation confirmations

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your service appointments. You may receive approximately 1-5 messages per appointment, which may include:

- 1 confirmation message when appointment is booked

- 1 reminder message before your appointment

- 1-2 status updates (technician dispatched, on the way)

- 1 follow-up message after service completion

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message you receive.

You will receive a single confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from that contractor's number. Note: Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled appointments.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

CONSENT RECORDS

We maintain records of consent for all SMS communications in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable regulations. Consent records include the date, time, and method of consent (verbal confirmation during AI phone call).

PROGRAM TERMS

- You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to SMS communications

- Consent is not a condition of purchase or service
